In Florence you will meet your maitre chef in an old farmhouse specially booked for you. He will reveal the details of your personal culinary journey. You will discover the best ingredients for your recipes and visit the Mercato Generale in Firenze - ideal place to trace the real cooking tradition. You will venture upon homemade blends and mixtures: from the tuscan bread to the tortellini technique. You will learn everything about 'pasta e impasta' (the art of making pasta).

Tuscany is the motherland of the typical Fiorentina steak. You will have the opportunity to  visit a biometric farm, where the secrets of the greatest symbol of tuscan gastronomic tradition will be revealed. You will learn the Fiorentina origin, cut and cooking techniques. You could then engage in your own barbecue dinner, assisted by your personal chef.

Your next stop will be Siena, to try the best Riciarelli and Panforte in the most famous cafe'. You will then enter the land of Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino. An expert sommelier will guide you in a panoramic tour, from the green hills of the 'Gallo Nero' to the rows of vines that methodically cover the hills overlooking the medieval walls of Montalcino. You will visit various wineries and cellar doors and you will learn to compare the taste, colour, smell and producion techniques of these two wines. Chianti and Brunello, with their own differences and peculiarities, are both specialties of the enological italian tradition . You will complete your journey with a vegan or vegetarian banquet in Montalcino, where the most demanding would find an alternative taste of genuine local products.
