Day 1: in Venice a vineyard in the Lagoon

In Venice, in the Mazzorbo island, the "Venissa". In a very small plot of land, in the heart of the Lagoon of Venice, there is a unique and ancient vineyard, where the vine has found a magical balance between soil fertility and the continuing threat of salt and water. The vine, which dates back to the Venetian doges, had almost disappeared, and after centuries, the passion of two great wine entrepreneurs, Desiderio Bisol and Roberto Cipresso, has created a product of excellence, a wine which is unique also in its bottle. A gold leaf, from the craft tradition of Venice and Murano, is fused into the glass of each bottle, which is numbered by hand engraving the number on the glass.
A private boat transfer will take you to Venissa, a wine resort  melted in the atmosphere of Venice, with a starred restaurant inside. A visits to vineyards, a tasting, a lunch... and then you can proceed with private transfer to the hills of Prosecco, for dinner and overnight stay in an exclusive Relais which makes the best balance between discretion and elegance.

Day 2 : Valdobbiadene, Villa Barbaro and Asolo ... fragrance of Prosecco

A visit to the ancient Abbey of Follina and then you will immerse yourself in the rows of vines that adorn the hills here ... You will meet families who have made of the wine its own tradition and its own life. You will discover production techniques and processing environments, to enjoy the final product, the Prosecco in its various quality and bubbles. The tour continues with a lunch in one traditional restaurants of the area, which offers a menu strictly linked to local products, served with elegant, delicious and amazing artistic creations cuisine.
Here, through the continuous rows that climb the slopes of the hills, you reach Valdobbiadene, the symbol location of Prosecco, in the heart of Treviso Prealps. Here everything and everyone smell of wine... Prosecco has become the beating heart of this area, where farmers have been transformed, through the generations, in Great Farmers, bringing the Prosecco to the summit wines more exported worldwide.
You will visit another winery, and here you can sample the products and breathe the history and tradition of a great family that has grown with its wine.
Heading towards the hills of Asolo, you will visit Villa Barbaro, by Andrea Palladio, now a UNESCO heritage site. The Villa is still the center of its thriving farm, from which come the historic Cellar wines of great value. You can see the magnificent rooms frescoed by Veronese, and then take advantage of one last taste of bubbles DOCG, going after to Asolo... that during the aperitiv time is so nice...

Day 3: Taste of Amarone in the hills of Verona

The tour from Asolo continues with exclusive car and driver to the land of Amarone, with a stop in a cellar beneath the hills of Marostica, in the land of Palladio, to discover the particularity of a unique dessert wine, the Torcolato di Breganze. The final product is derived from a long process of set-aside, pressing and fermentation of Vespaiola, obtaining a sweet and precious nectar that is a perfect accompaniment to the desserts of the Venetian tradition.

We visit the cellar, then a walk in the famous Piazza degli Scacchi in Marostica, and we proceed to the rolling hills of Valpolinella, in a charming Renaissance villa that is the natural setting of an environment made of wine and hospitality. For small groups we propose a guided tour of the historic cellar and of the vineyards in a full immersion in the tradition of Valpolicella. Later you will attend a cooking class with the chef, who will reveal tips and tricks on authentic  made in Italy pasta, to conclude with a tasting of meats and cheeses, Amarone, Recioto from Valpolicella and sweets. Unique flavors that will make you really appreciate the gastronomic tradition of this land ... a day that ends with a night in one of the sumptuous rooms of the Villa, quite pampered by hills and by the professionalism of the staff, smellin  the scents of this land.

Day 4: Verona, a destination for all tastes

3 night stay with breakfast in 1) Historical exclusive Villa 5 * in the area of ​​Prosecco 2) Small Luxury Hotel 5 * in Asolo 3) Renaissance villa in the Allegrini Winery. Pick up with private boat from the Hotel in Venice or St. Mark's Square, visit and tasting of Venissa, return with private boat to Piazzale Roma, pick up with driver and luxury cars (Mercedes E-Class or S) from Venice to Follina, and then during all the 4 days tour, up to Verona.
